Static Shelving

We offer 4-post and case-style shelving for files, records, and general storage; pallet rack for exceptionally large and heavy palletized loads; cantilever shelving suited to education and corporate settings; and industrial metal shelving for parts and supplies. Most projects combine more than one type, and the right mix is determined during a free site assessment.

Capacity depends on the shelving type, shelf size, and configuration. Industrial metal shelving on this line holds up to 600 pounds per shelf, while pallet rack is engineered for much heavier palletized loads. We size shelf gauge, spans, and uprights to what you actually store and confirm loads during the site assessment.

Yes. 4-post and case-style systems are designed to be disassembled and reassembled, so shelving can move with a department or be reconfigured as needs change. We perform teardown, relocation, and reinstallation as a service, including for shelving we did not originally supply.

Often, yes. Many 4-post shelving systems can be mounted on mobile carriages down the road, which lets you buy shelving now and compact it when space runs out. Planning for that upgrade path at initial purchase keeps the option open.

The main factors are shelving type and gauge, the number of sections, height and shelf count, accessories such as dividers and doors, and installation conditions. Because static shelving is modular, projects can be phased, starting with the highest-need areas and adding sections later.
